Job Title: Admin/HR Assistant Working Hours: 10:00AM- 7:00PM About Us: Our Company is a leading visa services provider specializing in visa processes for Canada, Australia, US, and UK. With our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we assist individuals and businesses in navigating the complexities of immigration processes with ease and efficiency. JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities: • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing documents, and maintaining records. • Handle emails, and phone calls, providing timely and accurate responses or • Maintain confidentiality of records. • Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating communication with candidates, and maintaining recruitment records. • Help with the preparation of job postings and advertisements as needed. • Assist with the collection and verification of new hire paperwork, including visa documentation and work permits. • Assist with payroll processing tasks, including data entry, timesheet management, and payroll reconciliation. • Provide general administrative support to the executives, such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating logistics for events. • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation as required. Qualification and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred. • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, HR assistant, or similar role. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team. • High level of professionalism and integrity. • Additional certifications or training is a plus.
